I am currently unable to use the visual editor in wordpress. I first ran into the problem in my default browser, which happens to be Firefox. After a few futile attempts to load the editor, I gave IE a try. It didn’t load either, but I discovered a funny link at the bottom of the page.

When loaded in IE, the wordpress footer includes a link to browsehappy.com, encouraging users to switch browsers. Here’s what the linked page says.

Internet Explorer can make your computer unsafe. Why not switch to a browser that’s more secure?
Many already have. Read their stories, and choose a browser that’s right for you.

Somehow showing facts about switching in such a polite and respectable way mediates the counter-IE-attitude way sounder than just yelling out about evil M$’s blue e, doesn’t it?
